Does this pan have sides on the edges, or is it open like other sub roll pans? (the picture is unclear, if you have other pic, please send them).
ANSWER
This Demarle pan has six 2-3/4 inch deep bun molds with a flat edge. It is made of silicon and will fit inside a 13 x 18 pan. Thanks!

Hi. This pan is nonstick and the bottom of the rolls are slightly flat (like a rounded plateau). It helps the roll stay in place and not roll around.

Hi. These silforms can fit into half sized baking pans too. We currently don't have the multibake grids (wire racks) that can also be used.

1/2 size refers to the number of half size pans coudl fir into a steam table..in this case 2 half size pans...same for 1/8 and so on...depending on what you want to do with the pan..I might suggest item number 117604
