Could you tell the diameter of the insert basket from edge to edge, and its height? Thank you.
ANSWER
Hello, the colander/basket has a 2.25" depth, a 7.5" inside diameter, and 8.07" outside diameter. The steamer itself has a 5" depth, a 7.5" inside diameter, rim-to-rim it is 8.5" and with handles it is 11". Thank you!

I bought this product from Cook & Stuff in Torrance, CA. Somehow the very bottom of the pot came off. What are your thoughts

This is a 3-piece set. you should be able to remove the lid and colander from the pot. If you think there is something wrong with this item, I would take it back where you bought it. Thanks!

Will this bottom pan fit a NorPro steamer/juicer 18/l0 ????? I scorched mine and cannot clean....PLEASE answer as I borrowed it..

This is for a four quart steamer. This will not work for the steamer/juicer. You want to be looking for a NorPro model number 624. You can call 1(866)634-8927 and they might be able to get it special ordered for you.
