QUESTION
Why does the weight marks says it is in ponds (lb) yet I only weight to 75. I usually weighs over 110-112 lbs. I don't understand this. Please clarify.
ANSWER
Before the first use, you need to take the following steps. Place on a hard, level floor surface. and allow it to reach room temperature. Next, step on scale and allow dial or pointer to come to rest and then step off scale and allow dial or pointer to come to rest. Next, just dial or pointer to zero using the adjustment knob is located under edge of platform. Repeat this weighing cycles until zero is stabilized. If scale is relocated, readjustment to zero may be required. Repeat above procedure. When weighing, place feet on platform so weight is evenly distributed. Hope this helps.
