This item comes as shown, with a brushed stainless steel bottle and stainless valve. It also includes two metal-threaded decorator tips, a charger holder, a cleaning brush, and a recipe booklet. Thanks!

are these (ISI) pint whipper NO longer made in Austria -- are the ones made in China as good as what I have?

Does this item actually make the cream out of a mixture of unsalted butter and whole milk or does it just whip ordinary cream please?
