QUESTION
The switch box has a 3.5 amps that is missing on my vacuum and I don't know how it got loss, is this the reason why the vacuum doesn't turn on? The vacuum suddenly stop working and I don't know if the amps has something to do.

Hello, there does need a switchbox for it to work properly, so this could be the problem. The manufacturer does make a replacement, it is model #1600548.
