The maintenance-free P-Series power base features several key filling cycles: Normal Cycling, Reverse, Automatic Cycling and Continuous Dispensing, which can be selected at the keypad. All it takes is a damp cloth to keep the surface clean.
These filler units are molded in clear, FDA approved polycarbonate. They are available in single and double outlet configurations. The single outlet is used to deposit smooth batters, cream cheese, preserves etc. The double spout units are used to inject donuts, eclairs, cream puffs etc.
A large variety of specialized spouts adapt the filler units to fill donuts, eclairs, croissants and other pastries. They dispense smooth batters, layer toppings, deposit butter and cream cheese onto bagels and rolls and dose other semi-liquid products, quickly and efficiently.
Pick up a pack of closures to cap on the end of your filler when not in use.
This power base allows your Edhard filler unit to inject filling into a pastry, decorate a pastry with icing, or deposit a product into a container. It gives you enough power to power to dispense batters, creams, custard, jelly, or chocolate. The keypad controls the amount of product dispensed and the cycle type.
