What frying pan should you use with this?
Answer:
Any induction safe frying pan can be used with this stove. Here are some of the induction frying pan we have if you would like to take a look at them. Item numbers 177319, 177317, 177314, 866556 and 971346. Thank you.

I want to purchase this for cooking demos. many location have standard household outlets. Will this work without blowing breakers. If so, can I purchase this in Dayton at your location there if I just walk in?
Answer:
Hi. Unlike most of Cooktek's products, this unit runs on a standard 120-volt supply (not 240 volts), allowing its use where only ordinary mains service is available. Sorry, we do not have this at our Dayton location. Thanks!

What diameter pan will this heat effectively. I am using a 12" cast iron and do not want a hot spot in the centre.
Answer:
Hello, this item should be used with induction safe pans. This product is 16.31"x13.81"x4.98", so it should be able to fit an entire 12" pan. Thank you!
