Cooper Atkins AquaTuff™ Waterproof Thermocouple w/ MicroNeedle Probe

This AquaTuff thermocouple with MicroNeedle Wrap&Stow™ probe is the optimal choice for accuracy and maximum durability. It features the trademark waterproof construction of the AquaTuff line, along with Total System Accuracy™ that provides true ±0.9°F readings from -100° to 500°F. The included MicroNeedle probe features a delicate tip that is designed to give fast readings in small and semi-solid products with minimal effect on the product itself, and has a Kevlar®-reinforced, metal braided cable that neatly wraps around the instrument for easy storage. You can also replace the probe on this thermocouple without a need to recalibrate, saving you time and effort, and the unit has a 10-minute auto shutoff ability that conserves battery life.
