Description

This Waring® Commercial Italian Style Panini Grill has ribbed cast iron plates, great for pressing sandwiches or grilling meat and vegetables. It is adjustable up to 570°F and has heat‐resistant handles. This grill features a hinged auto‐balancing top to suit thicker foods, and includes a removable drip tray and adjustable back feet.

how suitable is this unit to be turned on 12 hours a day 7 days per week cooking 30+ panini per day?

Hello, this is a commercial grill so it is able to stand up to heavy use in restaurants. It is made from quality materials - cast iron plates, and a stainless steel body.
