Hello, the replacement blade assembly is listed under the Parts tab on the product page. There are (5) different types - 3/16" Straight Blade (item 314612), 3/16" Scalloped Blade (item 117492), 1/4" Scalloped Blade (item 314531), 1/4" Straight Blade (item 314501), and 3/8" Straight Blade (item 314611). Please how many kilograms of tomato can it be sliced with this machine per hour? And is it manually operated or automatic machine?
ANSWER
This is a manual slicer and depending on the size of the tomatos will produce different amounts of slices.
