QUESTION
I am having trouble understanding the dimensions given. What is the measurement from the bottom of the dutch oven to the top rim, and what is the diameter of the bottom. I want to see if it will over lap the burner on my stove, and is not too tall.

My mom has this pan in 18/10. My dad ruined it and she needs another one. Do you still make the 18/10? If so do you have one that has the bracket handles, instead of the screw on handles? If this is the only one you make now does this one have the bracket handles or is it the screw on handles? She prefers the 18/10 with bracket handles if you still have those.

QUESTION
Can Regal Dutch Ovens with a lid go into an oven to roast? I think Mom has a Regal set that is stainless steel. I found a recipe for Pork Roast in a Cast Iron Dutch Oven but we don't own a Cast Iron Dutch Oven, so I'm wondering what I can use instead?

Are these the aluminum core tri-ply pans? How come they look different than the tri-ply pans on the Regalware web page?

This tri-ply dutch oven is an old model, and is not the new aluminum core tri-ply cookware on Regal Ware's site. This is stainless steel and features a thick layer of carbon in the bottom and sidewall to insure even heat distribution throughout the cooking process. This is made in China.
