The cast aluminum body ensures years of trouble free use. This mixer comes with a 40 quart stainless steel bowl, flat beater, wire whip and spiral dough hook . The bowl guard and lift lever is interlocked and the mixer shuts off automatically when the bowl is lowered for safety.
