Which roll in racks go with the oven? Mary

We would need the serial number of your Oven to be able to look up which rack lift it was built to use. Please contact Wasserstrom customer service at 1-866-634-8927 with the model and serial number of your oven to ensure you get the correct rack. Thanks!

Hi, why are there two models for this product? Both OV500G1 and BXA1G.

ANSWER
Hello, It looks as though the model number has changed. According to the manufacturer OV500G1 is the current part number and BXA1G is an obsolete part number. Thank you!
