QUESTION
I am having a center island built for my kitchen and I'm looking for a stainless steel pan that I can drop into the island and use for scraps as I cut and dice. It has to be at least 6" deep. It can be up to 20" long but I need one that is narrow (no more than maybe 9"). Can you help me????
Thanks
ANSWER
Hi. A pan that is long and narrow that would work would be the industry standard size of "half-long size." Those pans are about 20-1/4 x 6-3/8 inches, and come in different depths. Here are a couple that we carry, item #s: 100705, 150901.
