Globe Food 3-Speed 60 Qt Floor Model Pizza Mixer w/ Safety Guard

The Globe Food Equipment 2-speed mixer has a gear-driven, high torque transmission and steel shafts and gears that is specially designed for pizza operations and can easily mix a 50 lb bag of flour. The cast aluminum body ensures years of trouble free use. This mix comes with a 60 quart stainless steel bowl, flat beater,wire whip and spiral dough hook . The bowl guard and lift lever is interlocked and the mixer shuts off automatically when the bowl is lowered for safety.
