Question:
Is this a great oven for doing resale frozen pizza in our rv park. If so how many 14 inch pizzas can be cooked in an hour? Thank you
Answer:
Hello, this oven could work well for your intended purpose. This model is listed as being able to cook 14-16 12" pizzas per hour, or 56-60 5" pizzas per hour. Unfortunately there is not a listing for 14" pizzas. Thank you!

Do you cook the frozen pizza according to the package directions if not how long would you recommend the frozen pizza be cooked for in this oven?
Answer:
Hi. Cook according to the directions, such as temperature and time. Then adjust accordingly. Please refer to the manuals in the "Literature" tab for more information. Here is a snippet from it that talks about operating the unit: "Baking in these units is a combination of heat and belt speed. Some foods may require more top heat or visa versa; other foods may require low top and bottom heat and slow belt speeds. Every product should, therefore, be tested using the separate top & bottom controls and the variable speed control to arrive at the correct balance of heat and belt speed. When changing heat and or belt speed setting allow approx. 5 minutes for the oven to stabilize itself at the new settings." Thanks! |
