Hello What is the size of it ??? the DIAL how many inch across is it dish washer ..."safe" ??? is it approved by any agency ? the is NO info about that prod. ??? yet there is a whole "story " about other prod. Hi. First of all, thank you for your question. This dial is 3 inches. It is not dishwasher safe. It is NSF-certified. There is actually a description for the 5* thermometer on the product page under the picture. Taylor has a 1 year manufacturer's warranty on this thermometer. Thanks!
