This Pitco® donut fryer is perfect for high volume frying and can handle a wide variety of foods. This fryer has high-temperature alloy stainless steel heat baffles that are mounted in the heat exchanger tubes to provide maximum heating and combustion efficiency. The tank and cabinet are constructed of durable stainless steel.
