The CWM-2SP is built for quick response warming and easy clean up, The CWM-2SP counter food warmer can preheat water to 212°F in just minutes. An innovative "serpentine" shaped heating element design evenly distributes heat throughout the warmer, providing every guest with a consistently warm product. Both the exterior of the warmer and the interior liner are made of durable stainless steel. The CWM-2SP designed to cook and hold pre-cooked foods from frozen state which makes it perfect for soups, brats, chili's, and other dishes that need a quick thaw during the cooking cycles and a gentle warming heat for serving. This unit includes the complete soup package - adapter plate, two 7 qt. insets, two hinged lids w/clips, and two 8 oz. ladles.
