QUESTION
I found a beautiful old platter buried in the Gravel in the river Liffey beside my home. marked
homer laughlin china lead free usa rrb with a logo topped with a pointed spear with Milford in large print under the logo,
The Amazing coincident is I found it at a point that you could cross the river just opposite an ancient mill.
It looks quite old, Very heavy for china it has raised triple triangular grip aids on the two sides. 13.5 inches by 10 long shape oval
Im Amazed It survived all these years in the River which has a mean flow of 16 tons of water a second
The Platter Is very Beautifull Pure White and very strong to have survived intact.
It gave me great joy to find it,I wonder could you date it or send me any information on the set it comes from.
