Max temperature inside the pot...
cook candy to a hard crack 300* F?
The maximum temperature is 295 degrees F.

Can this machine and the 20 quart steam jacket kettle table top kettle be used for making caramel, pralines, and toffee? (We cook our toffee to 290 degrees. Have a great day
