Question:
Both answers say it will do diced pieces in one step from a whole vegetable. This is not true, you have to cut (slicer or knife) the vegetable into 3/8" slabs, put the slap in the dicer, push/slam it down and then you have diced product. If you put a whole potatoe in and run it once through the tool, you will have strips as in french fries. These tools work well but it is NOT one step. PS I own several of the competetors products even tho as I said I don't own this product.

Hi Chris. You're correct, you need to slice the vegetable into slabs before you can get diced pieces from this machine. We have removed those past two questions and answers to prevent any further confusion. Thanks!
