Question:
What is the height and width of this bottom stand. None shown on description!
Answer:
The width/diameter is 4-1/4" and the height is 3".

Question:
I purchased this item thinking the butter container was included (as it's shown in the picture - with the top), but all I received is the bottom. If that was intended, can you please provide me with a catalog number for the butter container. The bottoms of course are of no use without the top. Thank you.
