Question:

I have broken the spring to my tongs ,which I love , and have given as gift,s, . Is all you do is reinsert them?

Answer:

The instructions from the vendor: Compress the springs by squeezing them together and then push them into the tong from the outside open end while the tong is in the closed position. Thank you.
