This large, 25 quart standard weight brazier from Carlisle® is great for use in professional kitchens! It features a double thick top edge and base for excellent strength and shape retention and is perfect for browning meats and simmering stews. This heavy weight brazier is made from 1/4" aluminum alloy for extra durability and also has heavy plated loop handles for easy transport.
