QUESTION
In regards to your product. More specifically the lid. How am I supposed to clean it? Does the lid itself come apart. It looks as if it should. For now while working at the store we use a tiny brush to get inside the lid to clean it. I'm guessing there must be an easier way. Please write me back on this matter as it would be a big help to myself and my coworkers. I'm unable to find anything online about it.
ANSWER
We contacted Service Ideas and they did not have anything specific on cleaning the lids. only that the lid is not meant to be taken apart. Most people are just use whatever they use to clean their server with and pouring contents through the lid. If you are using a brush to get inside it should be getting it clean. Do not use abrasive cleaners, do not immerse the server in water, do not clean by going from one extreme temperature to another. Wipe the exterior with a soft cloth. Hope this is helpful.
