This processor accommodates 26 different processing plates and 3 different size dicing kits. The bowl attachment is designed for vertical cutting and mixing: mix, chop, pure blend, mix and knead doughs.

QUESTION
We make are own potato chips using a mandolin, which takes a lot of time. Is this model that would best suit my needs? R2Dice Ultra 3 2hp combination food processor

ANSWER
Hi. This model has a ton of features and can also dice vegetables. If you only need to slice potatos, take a look at the R2N (item number 586045), and use the 1/32" slicing plate (recommended for paper thin slices).

Hello, at this time we only have the R2 model that includes the various attachments. You may be interested in item 586043 however, which has a 3.5 Qt. Stainless Steel Bowl. Thank you!

Is a stainless steel replacement bowl available for this unit? I see only plastic listed in parts

Hello, this product includes (1) 2mm Grating Disc, (1) 4mm Slicing Disc, and (1) 10mm Dicing Kit. The 3 Quart Stainless Steel Bowl has a Smooth Bowl-Base Blade Assembly. Thank you!
