This machine has a one year warranty against defects in parts and workmanship, including the electrical motor, except for normal wear and tear of belts, rubber discs, roller and cutting blade sharpness. I may be interested by purchasing your machine but I would need first to see a video showing how the product comes out of the machine, i.e. after it has been cut and deveined. Do you have some video online available or can you send me a link?

Hi, unfortunately I was unable to find a video of how the product comes out of the machine. I did find a couple of videos on the manufacturer's website about this unit but it doesn't show the product coming out. We do have an operator's manual on the "Literature" tab on the product page of our website that may be helpful. This machine only cuts and deveins shrimp. It does not peel either cooked or raw shrimp.

I am working on a commercial shrimp operation, shipping 20 & 15 count shrimp, about 20,000 lbs per week. Interested in your machine...have two questions
a. How do we keep it clean to prevent any contaminants?
b. How much can your process hourly
c. Do we have to remove the head or is it done with your machine. ( Anticipate 50 percent sales " tails only" which will take about 22 ( 15 count with heads on) to produce a pound.
ANSWER
Hello, this machine cuts the shrimp down the back to any depth while destroying most of the sand vein. The shell is then easily removed by pinching or pulling it off from the underside. The tail can be removed or left on for presentation. It is self-adjusting for different sizes of shrimp, and can do butterfly, western, and round cuts. An inexperienced operator can cut 4,000 shrimp per hour. An experienced operation, 6,000 shrimp per hour.
There are a few steps to cleaning the machine - these steps can be viewed starting on page 14 of the manual, which is found under the Literature tab on the product page.

Hello, this shrimp peeling machine is self-adjusting for different sizes. This machine can butterfly cut, as well as round cut and Western cut. The only other machine we currently carry is item 103640, which has a compact size. It can also cut, butterfly, or split. Thank you!
