Description

This 10" Thermalloy® aluminum induction fry pan has a bonded stainless steel base for superior, even heat distribution. It comes with a silicone handle sleeve to protect hands will using. For best results, Thermalloy® aluminum cookware should be pre‐seasoned prior to use. Pre‐seasoning Instructions: After cleaning and drying, coat the cookware lightly with vegetable oil or a small amount of shortening. Place on medium heat burner for 10 to 15 minutes until light smoke appears. Turn off heat and allow pan to cool and wipe off excess oil with a paper towel.
