QUESTION
I am curious about whether the top surface of this tray is perfectly smooth or if it has raised ridges. I'm not planning to use this for bread, but for curing handmade soaps and can't set fresh soap onto a tray that will leave dents as the soaps cure. Thank you.

Hi, this rack is flat but has 1 inch diameter holes. The edges of this rack is slightly raised but the flat part of the rack is smooth. Thank you.

I just bought 20 of these and will be using them to hold hand made bars of soap. Will these trays hold 10 to 20 pounds evenly distributed weight when hand held on the sides?
