QUESTION The solution is very liquidy, and extremely flammable and hard to put out. Is there dilution instructions for this? Or perhaps even something to make it less flammable?
ANSWER This hand sanitizer contains 80% ethanol which is highly flammable. If you try to dilute this solution, it will lose it’s effectiveness as a hand sanitizer. Please do not use around open flame for your own safety. Thanks!

QUESTION Item comes with push cap. Please clarify "push cap". Is this a cap like on a detergent bottle to aid in transfer? Or, is it a dispenser to apply to hands?
ANSWER Hello, it is a simple on/off push cap not designed for dispensing. We have a new item in the works that will have a pump cap for dispensing if that interests you. However, it isn't available quite yet. Thank you!

QUESTION I do not understand the term "non-sterile solution". Please explain. Thank you.
ANSWER Sterile solutions are intended to be used as injections, infusions, or application to the eye. Non-sterile solutions include the production of things like ointments, creams, powders, capsules, tablets, or hand sanitizers. This does not mean that the hand sanitizer would not be effective. With 80% alcohol this sanitizer still is effective at killing germs. Hope this helps.
