The Globe Food Equipment 3600N manual slicer has a 13" gear driven knife that slices cheese or meat easily. The stainless steel contraction allows for easy cleaning and sanitizing. This slicer has Quick-Clean™ antimicrobial protection on the knobs and handles to help stop the growth of bacteria. The EZ-Glide™ slicing table is designed to make slicing safe and easy. The 3600N has a knife sharpening system to make sure your blade is always sharp.

QUESTION
Hello Wasserstrom Team, My customer is using your Globe slicer model: 3600 REV B, electrical voltage: 220V/50/1 in Hong Kong. They want to buy a new one for replacement. Their existing slicer has 11 inches diameter blade. But I search your web site. For 3600N series slicer, it equip with 13 inches diameter blade. Moreover, customer has 1 new Globe blade p/n: 1021. If customer buy a new slicer such as 3600N. Can the existing new blade 1021 is suitable installed on new slicer 3600N? Please advise! Thanks a lot! Best Regards Kenneth

The Globe Food 3600N Manual Slicer is Wasserstrom item # 734977. The parts manual shows the blade model numbers are 460026, 460027, and 460028.
