The Edlund SR‐2 Premier Series Stainless Portion Scale's newly designed stainless steel construction allows for dishwasher safe cleaning without the need to disassemble the scale. The SR‐2 comes with a 6" x 6‐3/4" stainless steel platform with a capacity of 32oz x 1/4oz.
