This cold pan serving counter from Delfield features a 7" deep refrigerated cold pan. Cold pans are fully insulated with foamed in place environmentally friendly polyurethane insulation. Temperatures of 33°F (1°C) to 41°F (5°C) are maintained with pans recessed 2" (5cm) at 86°F ambient room temperature.
