Description

This 48" wide Continental sandwich prep unit is designed to meet NSF standards for preparation units. The unique air flow system maintains a product temperature of 33° to 41°F. This unit has eight 1/6 size pans and a 12" deep, full‐length nylon cutting board that provides ample preparation space. Continental Refrigerator uses environmentally friendly R‐134a refrigerant and CFC free polyurethane foam insulation.
