This Comark HACCP Touch Logging Thermometer can be used to perform temperature measurement as well as audit task data. It can collect, record, and store the temperatures of items in receiving, prep, cooking, and holding, as well as many other items. This thermometer can measure in both Fahrenheit and Celsius. It includes a lithium polymer rechargeable battery and is under a one year warranty.
