This doesn't come with a certificate. How can I get one?

Hello, according to the manufacturer it depends on what type of certificate you are looking for. A Certificate of Conformance is something that the manufacturer supplies that says the item (in general) has been factory tested and meets published specifications. They can issue this to you, they will just need your name and address. A Certificate of Calibration is something that you get from a lab by testing a specific piece of equipment. I the cord of the probe can be extended outside the oven? Is the cord oven safe?

Hello, No the cord of DT15 is not safe for the oven.
The manufacturer recommends that you utilize a Comark KM28B thermocouple, which is our item # 630506, with the ATT29 oven probe, our item # 630519. Thank you!
