Hello,
I would like to know how the humidity control works on this oven. Is it a steam injection, or? Is there a water line connection to the oven? I ask for purposes of bread baking and facility requirements.

ANSWER
Hi. There is a humidity injection and direct water connection (Includes electro valve for direct water connection). These models have a manual humidity injection feature. Pressing the silver humidity
button introduces a spritz of water to the cooking cavity, creating a moist cooking
environment. The spritzing will continue until the button is released. The humidity
indicator light will illuminate when the humidity feature is being used. There are a couple of pieces of literature in the "Literature" tab that you can download and read more about. Thanks!
