I want to bake several pans of cupcakes at a time. How many standard cupcake pans can I put in this oven by the specs it looks like I can do about 2 pans a rack is that correct.

Hello, it would depend on the dimensions of the cupcake pans you are using. This oven can hold (3) 1/4-Size Sheet Pans, and has a cooking chamber size of 9" x 14-1/8" x 11-1/4". There are three wire shelves that are included with this unit, and there is 2.5" between the shelves. Thank you!
