The Electro‐mechanic controller to keep food quality for longer periods of time. The stainless steel tray/shelf separates the bottom of food pans from the inside of the cabinet so food does not fall inside the cabinet, making it easier to keep clean. The American Line complies with NSF7 standards for food product safety.
