How does this product work from a food safety standpoint? Does it enable the contents to remain at a certain temperature over a period of time?

Hello, this product is insulated and able to retain temperatures for 4-6 hours. It includes (4) indicator socks: cream, milk, skim, and soy. That way the customer always knows what they are getting, and they can be easily recognized by staff to know how long they can stay out for. Thank you!
