QUESTION
Will this work for cabbage?

ANSWER
The operating manual for this unit states that it is designed to cut lettuce only. Attempting to cut other products may damage the unit and injure the operator. Thank you.

Do you have blades that will cut 5/8" ?

ANSWER
No, this Silver King lettuce cutter cuts 1 inch by 1 inch cubes. The top blade can be turned to do 1/2 inch strips.

QUESTION
What is the difference between the SKK-2 and the SKK-1??

ANSWER
The SKK1 was discontinued many years ago and was replaced with the SKK2. The SKK2 is just a new version of the SKK1. The vendor says there isn't much difference between the two models.
