This Star® Star‐Max® Electric Charbroiler provides excellent heating and control when cooking a variety of food products. It has two types of heat transfer ‐ radiation direct from elements, and conduction through the grates. It features heavy‐duty cast iron grates, and a stainless steel body. It includes a 9 Quart stainless steel water pan, and a 2.75" high tapered splash guard. It stands on 4" adjustable legs.
