What is the right way the the pizza pro should be while on but not in use (open or locke position)? its cause the cook keeps it in locked position all the time and i had to replace the relay(twice) cause it wouldnt stay at the set temperature. Can you please tell me the proper way to operate it and by that i mean can i keep it in locked position or does it have to stay opened? The cook said he kept it in locked positon because when he had to make the dough the bottom wouldnt pre cook like the top of it. I'd really appreciate your help.
The PP181 heats up in the open position. It should be closed when pressing. Thanks!
