We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. The entire credit card number is transmitted solely to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

We implement a two-step process for your online requests to delete. You must first submit the request to delete, and then, separately confirm that you want your personal information deleted. We will delete or de-identify personal information not subject to one of these exceptions from our records and will direct our service providers to take similar action.

Right to Opt-Out of the Sale of Personal Information

You have the right to direct a business that sells your personal information to stop selling your personal information (the “right to opt-out”). We do not sell your personal information.

You may designate an individual or business entity that meets the requirements under California Consumer Privacy Act Regulations to make a CCPA request on your behalf. When you use an authorized agent to submit a request to know or a request to delete, we may ask you to provide sufficient information that allows us to verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information and the agent is legally authorized to act on your behalf. To verify that the agent is legally authorized to act on your behalf, we may ask you to (1) provide an power of attorney executed pursuant to California Probate Code; or (2) provide the authorized agent signed permission to request on your behalf; verify your identity directly with us; and/or directly confirm with us that you provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request.

9. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16
