This high-power 122,000 BTU natural gas fryer features the high-performance design of the Solstice™ line, including stainless steel sides that increase cooking efficiency and a common cabinet that lets you mix and match with other Solstice™ fryers. Solstice™ fryers. These fryers also have a reduced number of parts for better serviceability and front pilot access plus a smart layout for easier use.
