Description

Pitco® Economy fryers feature a stainless steel front and door with galvanized sides and back for durability. There are stainless steel baffles mounted in the heat exchanger tubes to maximize heating efficiency. The standing pilot only needs to be lit once a day when the power is on for less wear and tear on components and faster recovery.
