This Lang full-size, single-deck electric convection oven from Lang is part of the Strato Series™, and is designed for commercial kitchens. It features a durable stainless steel exterior and a porcelainized steel cooking compartment. The oven includes five chrome-plated racks adjustable to seven positions, and solid-state temperature controls accurate to within 4°F, with a range of 150°F to 450°F. It also has a two-speed fan for even heat distribution, and simultaneously-opening doors with double-pane tempered glass windows for easy monitoring. ENERGY STAR certified, this oven operates at 11.7 kW and offers reliable performance and energy efficiency.
