Globe 3850N N Series Premium Heavy Duty Slicer offers power, precision, and great design. The 3850N features stainless steel construction with superior corrosion resistance against acids foods in fruits, meats and vegetables. The One touch knife-sharpening system is removable, immersible, dish machine safe, and BPA-free (no-bisphenol-A). Rated for 100% continuous (all day) use for slicing cheese and other sticky food products.
