can you tell me about the straps if the screw to the bottom and the high chair and the other one that goes between your legs has a snap that attaches to the tray of the high chair ,

Hello, you will need to unscrew the cylinder bar and slide the one single strap in place, then re-screw. If necessary, unscrew from the bottom as well. Thank you!
